With 4 years ( apart from a cumulative 2 weeks) of broken sleep I think it took me till the kids were about 12 to feel ok!!!

I still have a skin condition

( roseacea)brought on through lack of sleep! I look like I've been slapped across the face with a wet fish!! Ha
